Stock - 9 Bar
About
Missing that stock GC/GCP experience? This simple profile tries to mimic the stock Gaggia Classic and Classic Pro machines that have a 9 bar spring installed.
- Target temp is 93C
- The pump will run at max flow for 300 seconds. You must stop the brew yourself..
- Dial in this profile by time or weight, just like you did before the machine was modified.
- Don't treat the 9 bars of pressure as a goal to hit.
