Stock - 12 Bar

Missing that stock GC/GCP experience? This simple profile tries to mimic the stock Gaggia Classic and Classic Pro machines that have a 12 bar spring installed.

• Target temp is 93C
• The pump will run at max flow for 300 seconds. You must stop the brew yourself.
• Dial in this profile by time or weight, just like you did before the machine was modified.
• Don't treat the 12 bars of pressure as a goal to hit. Maximum pressure will be limited by the OPV and 12 bar may not be achievable.

NOTE: Predictive Scales may be innacurate with this profile as some water may be lost thru the OPV
