Flimsy Light 0.3 (Silvia)

About

An alternative version specifically for the Silvia. Based on some testing, a 1 bar exit is important for the Silvia (the 3g exit on phase 1 gets hit before phase 2 trying to go to 2 bar) and it does seem to materially impact the flavour in side by side tests.
