• Like any turbo, best for light roast coffees. Goal is around 15-20 seconds. Use bottom paper filter if using standard baskets (VST, IMS, Pullman, etc).
• Version 1.0 is set up as a fast 8 ml/s fill till 4.5 bar, quick soak till 6 grams are achieved, then a 3 ml/s flow profile with 6 bar pressure limit.
